The Chef Aid Sieve can be used as a sieve and colander. With a metal stand unlike other sieves it rests on the surface for draining to help prevent spillages. The stainless steel material has small perforations allowing you to use as you would a fine mesh sieve but with the strength of a colander. It is easy to clean and has a long handle.
