Delivery Information


Our standard delivery service nationwide is only €6.00 and is delivered by the An Post Parcel Service.  Please note deliveries may take up to 7 working day, this may increase due to high demands with An Post during the lockdown.

An Post delivery from Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 5pm. An Post do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.


If you have not received anything yet please  check the following  to see if

  1. See if anyone in your address has signed for it.
  2. Check around your property or your neighbours.
  3. See if there is a calling card from An Post.
  4. If you are unable to  locate the parcel, please let us know and we can try and help you


If you are missing an item please check the delivery note. Sometimes an item can be sent seperately if they are out of stock.

If an item is missing please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Also if you received a faulty item please notify us within 24 hours.


Please note certain large items are available by Click n Collect only

We will provide a Free Click and Collect.


When you create an account, you will automatically see the options for Click n Collect and the Postage options at the checkout.


If you don’t have an account when you enter your details the Click n Collect and the Postage options will appear at the checkout.


We will be operating our Click n Collect service from the back door of the shop via Mary Street Carpark (Old Tesco Carpark)


We will be operating the Click n Collect Pickup between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday. You will have receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready for collection.
