Online Returns and Exchange Policy:
Customers must inform us of their intent to return an item with 7 days of receipt of the item by email to email@example.com
We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days or an exchange within 28 days if merchandise is returned, as sold, in original packaging & unused, accompanied with the original receipt.
For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings.
If you wish to return your website purchase, you can return it directly to our store once it’s accompanied with receipt as proof of purchase.
Goods that are for refund or exchange can also be returned via An Post. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
Exceptions are made for faulty goods: Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way, please send us proof of the damage with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will help you.
Please allow up to 28 working days for refunds to be processed. The customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
