Online Payments

allensofclonmel.ie accepts our payments through Stripe. You will be directed to a secure server where payment takes place.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

 

Do we accept gift cards on-line?

No all Allen’s Of Clonmel gift cards can only be used in store.

 

Do we accept one for all vouchers?

No, we Do Not accept them.

 

Can I change details on my order?

We are unable to change or Amend an order once you have received your confirmation email. This includes all order details. 

 

Has my order gone through?

Check to see if you have a confirmation email from us and also check your spam. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us.

 

What Couriers do you use?

We will be sending all our deliveries with An Post

 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes During the lockdown we will be in store from 9-1 if there is something that you want to order you can give us a call on 0526121430.

 

Can I exchange or get a refund on Earrings?

No Unfortunately we can not exchange or give a refund for health and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Where is the Click n Collect point?

 

We will be operating our Click n Collect service from the back door of the shop via Mary Street Carpark (Old Tesco Carpark)

 

We will be operating the Click n Collect Pickup between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday during Lockdown. You will have receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready for collection.
